We arrived early as we hadn't booked. The place wasn't at all busy but quite quickly it got very busy and the owner had to be called in to help with staffing. Apparently they had had few bookings and so had given waitress the evening off. However in the end the service was excellent. Food and wine marvellous and great ambience. Probably our best meal in Malta so far.

Great food and friendly staff, even the dumb waiter... No, there is an actual dumbwaiter. Food was excellent, I had the rabbit which was a bit dry but that's rabbit apparently. Gravy was amazing. Dessert was nice, house wine was lovely. Decor and atmosphere were great. Highly recommended.

So this time I had a seafood platter for 1 person... I have tasted many kind of seafood prepared in a lot of different ways but this was far better than any others ever! I never really liked the octopus because of the texture but I said I'll give it a try because it looks so pretty. And WOW I cant tell how soft and spicy it was! It's just a taste bomb in the mouth!! And the vongoli were a good size too not like those little frozen ones... The prawns are stuffed with green herbs and cilantro, yummy!!! I could eat this platter any time! And before this I also got a frozen gin&tonic shot as an aperitive 😜 Lovely place with super polite staff! Highly recommended!
