Tasty food but could be slightly better for the price.

Good quality food at a reasonable price with speedy service. My only complaint is it’s cash only.

We came to Sliema for a bottle of wine and ended up staying for three. Lovely hospitality and ambience. We didn't eat here, but the waitor was very friendly and brought us snacks to enjoy with our wine.
Made to feel very welcome.

Tempted by the sign advertising homemade lasagne and at €8.50 it was excellent value. Large portion, really delicious and ordered some garlic bread to go with it. Service was good, but ice cream for dessert not the best. Overall though a very nice meal.

Don't speak good English, but the best coffee, that's the sign on the footpath in front of this charming cafe. They were right, the best coffee in Malta. I asked the owner what is the secret to a great coffee. She said good coffee beans, good milk and regular cleaning of the coffee maker. We shared many meals here and celebrated our wedding anniversary here

Yesterday we were very hot and needed to get out the sun have a drink and some food.
We chose this cafe.
Good choice, friendly waiter - quick service.
We just had omelette and chips and burger and chips both came with salad.
The food wasn’t fancy, just ordinary, but we enjoyed very much.
The toilets were very nice and clean.
Would definitely return

We were out walking in Sliema as an adult family group and wanted to stop for a drink and a bite to eat. We selected the Dialogue Cafe and had a great time. We sat in the outside area and were able to move tables to get a group of 6 in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything we asked for, they accommodated - even popping out to get extra ice for us. The menu was varied, from salads to toasties to pizzas. There was something for all. The Maltese wine was very good, as was the local beer. We stayed for a couple of hours and the price was very reasonable. But the staff made the lunch and a big thanks to Alex and the team.

Dropped in here for lunch. Good variety of pasta dishes, toasties etc. Wine and beer at a reasonable price. Good spot for a lunch time drop in.

We had lunch in here during the Maltese storm as we were staying in the hotel next door and weather was too bad to venture out. Lovely friendly staff (apart from a young dark haired girl who was quite rude) the food was lovely! Pizzas are huge and very tasty. My only critisism would be that they don't take card payments which I found bizarre in this day and age! And when your bill is 51 euros, not everyone is likely to have cash on them to cover it. We ended up having to venture out to a cash point in the end! (Cash machine in hotel was not working!) I didn't see any signs in there to say it was cash only either. Other than that great little cafe

On the main round, so a little noisy, but more than made up for by the friendly service, massive portions and tasty food. And our gratitude in turning off the music when we were the only ones there. 👍

Visited this restaurant for a snack. The choice was good and the portions were very large. Could have easily had one portion for 2 people. Sat alfresco enjoying the view. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Good value for money.

The Dialogue Café was right outside the door of our hotel, so it was handy for a drink, a snack, or a meal. It is one of many that line The Strand in Sliema. It was noisy, but that is to be expected in a sidewalk café on a busy street. However, any food we ordered was reasonably good and priced suitably. If a person wanted gourmet dining, this is not the kind of place to choose, nor are any of the other cafes on the street. However, if a person wants tasty regular food, this is a fine place. The service was good in a typical Southern European style - they don't hover annoyingly over the diners. If I were back there again, I would choose this café again. Maybe that's the most meaningful measure of the café.

Good café to stop and have a drink or a snack. Nothing spectacular and staff are friendly.
So many places along Triq ix Xatt sea front we stopped here as it was convenient and had availability. Could not have any complaint but not that spectacular .

Passing through the town, a friend and I called at the ice cream stand here. We both had lovely rich flavoured two types each of ice cream in good quality cones. I firstly had two scoops put into a cup, but then it was transferred to the cone. However, looking at the menu, it appears we were charged a bit more than the rate advertised in the table menus.two scoops for each of us was six euros. The menu says less. But we enjoyed them and was allowed to sit in the restaurant to eat them, instead of along the pathways In the heat. Thank you very much.

Being peckish, we were encouraged to go in by the "puller in" on the pavement. Due to the heat we sat inside which was a mistake. No air con and flies, not a great combination. Food was the usual fayre i.e anything from the deep freezer with salad.
