Il Pirata Mellieha Bay

Fast and thoughtful service, great food, nice environment and beautiful views! We had a great time and our boys (2 and 5) also loved it all- something parents with young children to not take for granted :).

Good food and good service with a fantastic view! We like to come here at the end of summer to soak up the last few days of summer sun. The food was always good, especially the tagliata.

they do do food here but we stopped off for a coffee we were all inclusive in the seabank but needed a propper coffee not just one from the intant machine so this was a welcome oasis

Good pizzas and a great view, we also had an interesting date fritter speciality. Not cheap but par with other places along the beach. Only complaint was that there were a lot of flies inside when we visited.

Had lunch at this restaurant. Pizzas really good, and the view overlooking the bay. Reasonable prices and the service was good..Will definitely return.

We decided to do a little celebrating - the restaurant is excellent. The venue was excellent and our mad Macedonian waiter was simply the best. When he asked where we were from - we got a "Lekker" and later a "baie dankie". Will certainly eat here again

Food was great, and staff were very helpful. The ambient of the restaurant is relaxing and the restaurant is quite modern. Parking may be an issue in peak season.

This is a lovely restaurant with a view over the bay. Decor and position is beautiful. Service was a bit slow but the food was pretty tasty and not too expensive. Would definitely return!

We stumbled upon this restaurant one evening and decided to give it a try. As soon as we were in the doors we were welcomed and the waiter found us a table. The food and atmosphere here was amazing and so was the service. The staff were very lovely and there was no rushing us out of the doors even when we finished our food. We managed to walk in and get a table at 7pm but it does get busy at approximately 8pm so you might need to book which you can do online, just make sure to book the Mellieha bay restaurant as they have two restaurants in two different locations. I would highly recommend this restaurant due to the great food and brilliant service, as well as a lovely view of Mellieha Bay.

Good and tasty food. Beautiful view. Nice staff. Normal prices with very good prices for the tagliata which can be shared between three persons. This was simply divine.

Good food great but don’t order a Pizza it’s to soggy, and when you complain they say that that’s the way they do the pizza. When you’re Piza I soggy I’m sorry it’s not a good Pizza. But the food is great and value for money, and I will come back but not for pizza.

Wish we had been here more. We visited the restaurant on our last night in Malta. The place is so nice, with a perfect view. The food is good. Service is top, and we got a lot of food for a reasonable price. This was a perfect ending on our last holiday night. Thank you. :)

Well done to Il Pirata restaurant in Mellieha Bay, Malta. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Great food and impeccable service. The ambiance is really comfortable and spacious. We stayed inside and was nicely air conditioned. The manager on duty on August 10th was very friendly and professional. Well done. We will return.
