We ordered a couple of pizzas to take away on a rainy evening in Valletta. Although fairly busy, we didn't wait long for our pizzas which were made to order in an open oven. We especially enjoyed the Bella Malta but both were super tasty with loads of toppings.

Lovely pizza and good service. Cooked to order and really tasty. So pleased we didn’t look further than this place. Will be back for seconds during our stay in the area.

Was looking forward to dinner here with my partner as we really like their food (especially the pizza). We were never disappoint by the restaurant at Skyparks so we thought this would be the same. We placed our order with a sulky-looking lady at the counter and when she gave us the pager (so that we are informed when the food is ready) we went off to find a seat. Some twenty minutes went by and one of the staff came by looking at the tables. When he passed us by he told us that our order was ready and we needed to go pick it up. Our pager did not vibrate as it usually does to let us know to go pick up our food so we thought it was strange. When my partner went to pick up our order, one of the male staff (possibly italian) was angry with him because 'he told us to come back in ten minutes' which in reality he didn't do. That left us with a bit of a sour taste. The food was very good but the vecchia napoli staff at is-suq tal-belt not so much.

They don't have a wide selection of pizza here but the ones they do are decent enough to convince you to return. Prices slightly on the higher scale.

Went there at 18:00 on a Saturday night and was out in 20 minutes. Great tasting margherita pizza and prompt preparation. I’ll be back!

We stumbled across Vecchia Napoli. We were actually looking for another restaurant and after 40 minutes gave up and I’m so glad we did. We had a pizza each and it was fresh and tasty! Just what we needed after a busy day :-)

Basic good wood fired pizza. Stopped by twice and the first two pizzas were well prepared, good crust and flavourful. Second time the crust a bit undercooked and the flavour underwhelming.

Located in the Food Market food court on Merchants Street left hand side when you enter. Had pizza take away several times & it was good. Quick service too.

stumbled upon this place in the food market one evening and was so glad i decided to try it. don't be discouraged by the queues ... it moves fast and by the time you've found a place to sit in the busy dining area then the pizza will b ready! the operation is amazing, ...it's fascinating to see so many pizzas in the oven at once being fully managed and taken out with precision in a tiny place... each pizza perfectly cooked and immediately plated. definitely worth a stop especially if your family fancies different types of foods as each person can order what they want from the plentiful choices.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening the food was good but the service was very poor. The cashier mixed the orders and we had to wait about half an hour to get our food which was good.

We went there twice, once for lunch and then again for dinner. We ordered the exact same things: a pizza with salami and a focaccia with olive oil and herbs. It was both times extraordinarily good and the price for both (~19 €) is reasonable. Only the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place is imbiss-style, therefore 4 instead of 5 stars.

I ordered the Marinara as a vegan option (no cheese) and was very impressed. Having lived in Napoli, it’s not quite as good as the pizza in Napoli, but it’s a pretty decent facsimile. The crust was thin with a slightly chewy texture and the sauce was very flavourful. I definitely recommend checking it out.

Visited Vecchia Napoli at Suq tal belt. Very good Pizza as always. Visited twice at Suq tal-Belt and will definitely visit again. It was a very fast service also.

I have spent 2 weeks around Malta and I have been to 2 different Branches of Vecchia Napoli. I didn't have any main course in this branch but I had an incredible Calzone Pizza filled with Nutella and Hazelnut. It was the most delicious thing, that I have tasted in a very long time. The guys behind the counters were very nice and friendly.

Very good pizza! Friendly service. Good prices. Vegetarian-friendly. The Is-Suq Tal-Belt (food market where the restaurant is located) also has a nice atmosphere.

The staff at this place were very helpful, considerate also, of any allergies. They served quickly and delivered good value and tasty pizza. The only downside was that the "Vesuvio" pizza needed perhaps a little more flavour, or seasoning of some kind to complement the cheesey flavour.

Went here with my girlfriend, as we just landed in Malta and were craving some pizza ..and I’m glad we did. It was absolutely delicious and Nicholas was super friendly and gave us a few local sight seeing tips, as well as a free dessert (see photo) as a “welcome present”. Now that is customer service!!!
