Brilliant!!! Great service amazing food and wonderful location This place has it all. Would totally recommend eating here. Small and quaint yet large enough to enjoy what the location has to offer. A must when in magnificent Valletta!! Service with a smile and efficiency to match.

High quality food. The waiter was a little condescending but he was super efficient. Veggie wrap was very good. Coffee well done. Not much seating inside, and heaps of smokers outside.

I was in Valletta for only two days and was lucky enough to go here for breakfast both days. I got the Knight both times, which is basically eggs Benedict with beef brisket and it is the best one I've ever had (yes over bacon I know). Also order a hazelnut cafe latte to accompany this. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast spots I've been to ever!

Always a must stop place for us when in the capital city! Good variety of food and drinks prepared by great bartenders and chefs. Service is always of a high standard! Great management too! Keep it up!!

I love it – my eggs on the sweet corn purée and my iced coffee in a non-Italian way (You know I love my Rome life, but sometimes I will miss the Australian style coffee shop so much, that no one “judges” you when you want a cup of cappuccino only in the afternoon and sit in the sun for 2 hours. Also, you might have options of flat white and matcha latte). Luigi was too hungry since 5am and he claimed unsatisfied after his avocado toast after I stopped him from being greedy and over-ordering in one place.

My wife and I just had a great evening at this very trendy Valletta Bar in the historic centre of the city. We had two glasses of red wine accompanied by dips and nuts. Excellent service was provided by Peter. A place worth returning to.

My husband and I popped in for some respite for the heat and a bit to eat. It was a perfect break to our sightseeing we had done that morning. We went a little later in the morning and had a nice visit with the manager. Loved the staff were all Maltese and were able to provide some good recommendations for a couple of Americans visiting for the first time. Food and Service was great!

We decided we needed a Campari Spritz. Saw that they served them so we went in no trouble getting a table and what great service we received . Ordered our drinks and decided a meal would be great . A light lunch was what we wanted and a good choice . So a great place to sit in the cool and watch people walk pass

very professional and genuine service, especially considering the touristy area. Had a lovely brunch of TRADITIONAL FTIRA BIZ ZEJT - tomato paste, tuna, capers, onions, butter beans, olives, mint & olive oil - very reasonable price, euro 3.75 and enough for two! also had the Maltese Loaf which was toasted cheese & ham & mustard, simple but delicious (the tuna one was the best) served with local wine and beer. Very enjoyable, would definitely recommend. A very classly looking place but incredibly reasonable prices

In the very center of Valletta, the Kingsway is ideal for a good cappuccino, a croissant or a nice sandwich or for a cocktail as a tourist or after work... You can enjoy the place under the arches or inside... The staff is very welcoming As a French who commutes between Paris and Valletta, I Recommend you !

We had a birthday planned at Kingsway. The staff made the whole evening effort less. Food was amazing and the attention to detail was incredible. A huge shout out goes to Karl for being so patient and John and Daria for making the evening so pleasant. Thank you for everything guys.

I was a bit dubious about this place because I had to sit near a street grate but the food and service more than made up for it. Yes the prices are more than average but I was blown away with how absolutely delicious my Grandmaster meal was. It was the perfect blend of Med / North African flavours and I enjoyed every single mouthful. Would definitely recommend it to others - already have. Just try to do something about the grotty outdoor area.

Nice place in great location and lovely décor. Service is good but the quality of the food leaves to be desired for the prices charged and all the hype that has been about the place. Will give it another try later on in the year and hopefully it improves.

Back in Valletta for just one week my wife and I had to visit our favourite bar in Republic Street. A warm welcome of the owner made us really feeling "coming home". The friendly staff, the perfect drinks, good snacks (my first choice is the "King" - a thick slice of toasted brown bread with mushrooms, porched egg and truffle-oil) and the atmosphaere in the heart of the Maltese capital are just perfect. We are looking forward beeing back in Valletta and - of course - at Kingsway Bar in July.

We stopped here for a few drinks on a Monday night. The staff was very nice especially Peter, he was extremely funny and helpful. I had special request for sugarfree drinks and was surprised that they had vegan cakes too. Highly recommended

Have given 4 as service was excellent and waiter really good. We stopped for cocktails and drinks and left after just 1 as some aspects not great. Good points, nice location overlooking square, great service. When my drink was served wrong, no fuss, changed and was not charged. This was beyond my expectation. Lovely nuts served. Not so, coke mixer was flat, maybe out of a machine? Waiter did however offer to change. Place has a lot going for it and good outside seating available.

An extensive cocktail menu with some lovely twists on old favourites. I really like the snacks given, a tasty mix of nuts and a Japanese crackers, which were continually topped up by the wait staff. We didn’t try the food but the table next to us had some and it looked delicious. Really quirky music with a man playing the trumpet and saxophone along to a variety of tracks which led to a really cool ambience. Overall a great experience and one which I’m keen and will repeat!
