Best ice cream in Malta. We came here three times because it's so good. Even the sugarfree and vegan hazelnut tasted like the original.

Great ice cream, the best in Malta probably!
Well served for the price.

Wonderful gelateria artisanale ! A lot of choices for your ice-cream, and a very nice welcoming ! Do not hesitate to stop there before or after visiting the old city of Mdina ! 🍦

After a week in Malta we found authentic Italian artisanal gelato! Great choice of flavours, friendly service, generous portions. A must go-to if you are in Rabat/visiting Medina. Just 10 min drive from Sliema (with no traffic at least) and totally worth the trip! Recommended to all foodies, and to picky Italians like me in particular.

Very delicious ice cream!!! It is near to the bus station Rabat. The staff is very kind. Easy to spot because of the big ice cone on the wall above it :)

The place is on the way from Mdina to Rabat. My boyfriend and I we got 2 slices of pistachio almond tart, omg it was delicious! Speaking with one of the ladies, she told me that is from Sicily and they only use local products. The ice cream looked delicious! the staff was very nice, the food was great and I will definitively go back!! It's a must try!!! A presto :) Ps: by the time we thought about taking picture of the tart, it was gone!

We came across this cute café after finishing our site seeing trip to Mdina. We had a couple of coffees, along with a selection of cakes. Both were really good, and the cakes had that home-made flavour which you don’t always find.

People reading this review who come from the North Yorkshire area of England will hopefully be aware of the top quality Brymor ice-cream which is my favourite make........preferably Black Cherry. It's a good job this place is 1200 miles from home or it would take the top spot and I would get quite fat!
Excellent ice-cream and very generous portions for a very reasonable price. Gorgeous!

Ideal stop for an ice-cream on a hot day. Strategically situated at the entrance of the main street leading to the centre of Rabat (or when exiting after having visited Rabat). Many flavours to choose from. I tried chocolate as well as a mixture of almonds and pistachio. I would've like to try prickly pear, but unfortunately they were out.
One thing though: if only the girl serving were more cheerful.

Ice cream is good but i paid euro 4.50 for a brioscia which had little ice cream. If this place promotes itself as an Italian gelateria, well i suggest you visit Sicily as there with 2.50 euro u ll be filled as it is taken an alternative for lunch.

The ice creams are made on the premises.
I tried their dark chocolate and orange number.
Absolutely fabulous and so reasonably priced.
Yes, I went back for more.
English ice creams seem like boring lumps of tallow in comparison.

Malta in July is seriously hot, and when we came across this ice cream bar, near Domus Romana in Rabat, we were tempted into having one. Suffice to say, on the last day of our holiday we managed to contrive a second visit for another ice cream as, frankly, it was the best ice cream ever. The prices seemed reasonable compared to other ice creams, they had waffle cones, vast choice of ice cream flavours and tables out front to sit at whilst you slurped. So good!
