Fun and homey with great staff. Good selection of music which changes styles due to the karaoke . Great atmosphere overall

When we go, the party starts! Very kind and fun owner/barman. He gave us a free shot (6 in total) because we were celebrating my bestfriends birthday! We will be back !

One of my favorite places in Malta. Karaoke nights all week + friendly owner/dj (Dwayne). Feels like home.
I'm so impressed with the food at this place. If you want a taste of Jamaica while in Malta then this is the best place. Real high quality, authentic food. I had 1/4 jerk chicken with rice & peas. Taste just like my Momma's cooking. The chef is a cool Jamaican guy with amazing culinary talent(him han dem bless).
The cocktails are cool & deadly, Tek time!
If you've taken the time to read this review then I'm telling you that you won't be disappointed.

I was looking for a Pub showing the Champions League game of Borussia Dortmund but unfortunately all Pubs showed only the English Games. So why desperately walking around I found this Bar. They had a TV and when I asked they directly let me see the Game. Thanks again.
Then a group of approx. 25 girls went in demanding Karaoke. They let me finish watching the game and then started a great and funny party.
I was with my wife there but to all male single travelers out there : Thats the place to go - an insider tip.
It is an African Bar and they have a couple of nice Jamaican dishes. Cocktails were good and prizes very reasonable.
Special thanks to DJ Tony - we had a blast.

Being Jamaican, it was only normal that I wanted to see what my compatriots were up to on an island even smaller than ours (35 times to be exact), far away on the other side of the world. We were happy to see that they were serving jerk pork and jerk chicken with rice-and-peas. We didn't look at the other items on the menu as we knew what we wanted to taste. While we would have even been more delighted with a more spicy meal, we were not disappointed. Naturally, the chef has to cater for customers who are not sufficiently experienced in eating hot Jamaican jerk meats.
We could clearly taste the pimento and what appears to be cinnamon in the jerk seasoning. The rice-and-peas was of excellent quality and having tasted some of the best ones, the chef certainly gets at least 9 out of 10 for his! The staff were very friendly and Kerry, a waitress, was recruited in Jamaica. We did not have any more alcohol at that time of the evening as I still had to drive back to our hotel, but with two soft drinks, the total bill was only €21. I hope that if you too decide to pay a visit, you will be delighted as we were.

Amazing amazing amazing! I almost passed this place as it was quite unassuming and doesn't have a huge choice on the menu but after getting sick of the usual pizza restaurants in the area (there are A LOT) this was a great reprieve. The staff are very friendly and the chef came out to talk to us to see if all ok. I like my food spicy and my partner not so much and they catered to both of us. We both had the jerk platter and it was not only very delicious but also filling. The two for one cocktails only added to the joy! The best food I have had so Dar on this holiday and I have walked away full, happy and slightly drunk. The type of FIND on a holiday which will ensure I'll go back again.

We was not planning to eat here but came across this restaurant /bar by accident. We ordered Jerk chicken on the menu, dumplings and a few cocktails. The food was really good and authentic, then discovered the chef himself is Jamaican. Enough said.
Truly recommend this place, extremely good value and welcoming atmosphere. Cocktails are huge- try the rum punch! We had a great evening.

Got the jerky half chicken with rice and peas, service was relaxed but good. I love carrabian food, big fan and always have been. This place has some authentic Jamaican jerky chicken, like the antarctic has a Vineyard or like America has the best beer in the world, ie not.
Price is low and the food of OK, I was really hoping for some mashed potatoes, spice sauce or at least Jamaica music, but had so settle for pepper and salt and R&B....
Not completely unsatisfied but disappointed.

I went to this place as I needed a place that plays good R'n'B. After many nights of listening to house and pop, I just needed some good soul, rap, ragga music but it wasn't to be.
Its more a karaoke bar than anything. If you are happy to listen to people sing their lungs out with squeaky, disastrous voice then its the place. I can see it having a fun element to it if you have had a few too many to drink and attend as a group.
However for us that just want good music, not the place to be.
Sadly I realised that with a low ethnic minority in Malta, I was not going to find anywhere that plays good R'n'B music .
One of the workers came out to talk to us for a while which i thought was very nice.
I didn't order food so cant comment on it.

Possibly the only place in Malta which serves Jamaican dishes. Menu also includes Caribbean and American items.
The Jamaican Jerk specialities are a must try.
Two for the price of one on cocktails and drinks during happy hour.
