Nice place with nice atmosphere. Food is very good, and i can tell the same for the location. I've been two times in that restaurant and defenitly i am gonna visit at least one more time.

If I had to review the food experience alone I would definitely say it was one of the best restaurants in Malta or at least Saint Julians. Unfortunately there re some other factors worth mentioning. The most important one, the service. All I have to say is that I have never in my life experienced such an obvious form of RACISM! The waiter just ignored me as soon as he realised I was greek and was talking ONLY to my date who was french and all he did was commenting on the things that I said. The only times that he honored me with his words were times that I made myself pretty loud and clear. Don't be excited, he was just sarcastic towards me even on those times! To be fair, other people in Malta were not happy with our nationality either but at least it was clear they tried to hide it. He didn't even do that. At the moment I didn't want to cause a scene and I tried to be as nice as possible but it definitely ruined the whole night for me. It's not about him having this opinion, he has the right to like and unlike whoever he wants. It's the disrespect that this man felt he had the right to treat me with! It's neccessary to mention that everyone else working there was very very kind and helpful. Even he was helpful despite his obvious feeling of superiority towards me. As an optimist, I hope that realising that he made someone feel bad will make him have a different approach next time. Or he just had a bad day and I was just unlucky, who knows? To sum up, the place is definitely worth visiting for a quiet night in Maltas loudest region. Especially for a date! Maybe you will be luckier that I was and they will treat you with more respect!

Consistent... been to this place for nearly 2 decades and they had kept the quality of their food ... I normally don't go for starter but made exception .. a bowl of succulent mussels. The other went for octupos and some tart.. for main, went for rib eye, beef fillet, forgot what the other 2 took but it was all delicious. Had an Italian red, can't remember but went well with everything. 2 dessets shared .. espresso longo to end.

A lovely little restaurant looking over the bay. We had 3 course meal and wine (1 starter, 2 mains and desserts). Finer dinning but still affordable, and worth it because it’s delicious! Must try the curries octopus. Great selection of wines (and all other drinks). Amazing service. Booking is probably a good idea to guarantee a table. However, we went on a Monday evening at 7pm and got a seat comfortably. Food pictured: curried octopus, mains: rib eye/pork tenderloin (side of potatoes), dessert: creme brûlée/choc fondant

From the moment you enter, you are immediately welcomed with a smile and feel very much at home. Staff are warm and knowledgeable with attention to detail. The food that comes out of their kitchen is exquisite and cooked from the heart. A very nice selection of wines and by the way make sure you taste their home made desserts. Highly recommended and good value.

Started out with the muscles, fresh and good flavour. Then we had the Irish Beef, super tender and cooked to perfection, also sauce was excellent too. As a dessert we had the creme brulee, which also was really good. Atmosphere is nice and cosy, also service was excellent and super professional. Definitely recommend this place if you want to have the best meat cooked exactly as ordered.

My husband and I ate here this evening on our holiday. What a fantastic meal! We were seated by the window so enjoyed the views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our food was excellent and worth paying a bit more for. Thank you for a lovely dinner, we would highly recommend.

If you are looking for an upscale meal in a home-style location, then this is the place for you! It's situated upstairs in the building, and I felt welcomed and at ease. We went for my grandfather's birthday, and the staff was accommodating and pleasant. The food? Oh my goodness... I will be dreaming of the chateaubriand (cooked to perfection!). Admittedly, the potatoes were a bit underseasoned for my taste, but it did not distract from the meal as a whole. Dessert was also quite lovely. I would definitely recommend having a meal here (or several).

Following the advice of other TA contributors I booked Wigi's Kitchen for our special meal whilst in Malta. I wasn't disappointed! We were asked to arrive around 7.00pm to be sure of getting one of the window tables overlooking the swimming pool and Balluta bay. The welcome was warm and genuine. We were shown the various cuts of red meat on offer followed by the fresh 'catch of the day'. My friend and I opted for the fillet steaks whilst the girls chose a large red snapper which was then filleted and shared between 2. The starters of chilli salt squid with a Thai dipping sauce were as amazing as the mains. Definitely Highly Recommended!

This place is located right at the front of the bay with a great view of the church opposite and the water bellow. The staff are really friendly and the food on Offer is great and sold at a really good price! I would recommend the Full English breakfast every time and the coffee is top notch as well. Definitely worth a visit! Or two...

Great place, couldn’t fault it! We got the sirloin steak and a fillet steak - both were amazing and cooked perfect. The staff really look after you and as the restaurant is small (I believe around 12 or so tables) the service feels more personal - special thanks to our waiter Wez, a credit to the restaurant!
