It has been quite a long time since I visited Brass & Knuckle so it was good to be back. Service was great, present but unassuming. Went to dine with a friend and ended up spending 4 hours there! We naturally went for meat, which is their speciality, and we were not disappointed! Will definitely go again.

Living in Malta we are spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants. My family are meat lovers and decided to try out this meat restaurant in naxxar. My husband shared a tomahawk with my daughter which was cooked exactly as requested. The meat was tender and tasty. I myself had an Angus ribeye which was delicious. Would definitely go again

We were anticipating this place for quite a long time. Actually too long as my partner was surprised with the overall refurbishment. Hence it very welcoming and stylish to dine here these days but we did get quite a cold feeling being served here. We booked in advanced and no difficulties as I did so by email. Very fast and convenient. Once seated took ages to get a menu, explain how the food works. Once we decided we learnt that all we wanted to order was unavailable from the menu, what was available was either too much for two people, or completely not what we wanted. This was part of our disappointment I guess. Once we ordered, the wine took ages to be served. So the waiting was never ending. I guess just bad timing, lack of attention between one table and another. However there was a pleasant atmosphere behind the counter which was awkward when we felt a bit ignored overall. In the end the food was very good and well presented. The truffles fries were a novelty and a delicacy, best one so far compared to others. We still were a bit unpleased with the whole concept of it, especially when comparing the price you get to pay. The girl taking away our plates was actually far more pleasant speaking to her than our waiter to be frank. She should be doing this job, very welcoming and more down to earth. Desserts were very good too.

Went recently with my husband and we were super satisfied. Being that we're both meat lovers we wanted to experience this place after being recommended by our friends. Food is amazing and service was top notch. Well done, we will surely visit again!!

Went with the family, my ribeye was of excellent quality and the service was good. Pity they didn’t have the option for a gluten free bun for the burger, but otherwise we were all satisfied.

A ribeye, a sirloin and a veal t-bone. 3 times in a week and excellent every time. If you like your meat you will do well to find better. Choose your meat at the butchers counter then have it cooked to your liking. Best to go there without a firm idea and choose what looks best. Will not come back to Malta without a repeat visit.

Might be considered a little pricy, but well worth it. It dows allow you to pick and choose your meats for the main dish. My partner had slow cooked pork cheek, I tried a little and wished I'd chosen that myself.

I truly suggest to get the foie gras as a starter as it is simply amazing. Meet is well seasoned and very well cooked. The only suggestion I would like to leave is to do not go for a cold cuts and cheese platter as in 2 different occasions once at the Carob Tree and once in Naxxar we have been served old cold cuts that were in the fridge already sliced since days. On our last visit in August the actual tray with the cold cuts was taken out directly from the fridge and served on the table (tray was cold, cold cuts were dry and tasting of old, arjoli was dry too). I might understand to get the platter served in this way in a very very busy and cheap restaurant, however I do not expect to get this in a good restaurant like Bruss and Knuckle. I did not complaint there and then as I do not like to do so, however I left a comment in their questionnaire and truly hope they took note of it.

Went there with friends for dinner and had a lovely steak. The restaurant is in a beautiful Maltese village close to the centre of the village. The place is nice and I will go again.

A whole menu is offered here but if you like to eat meat, you have found THE place! Ryan Zammit will make sure your meal is perfect in every way. Meat prices are way better than buying them from a butcher then you pay €6 to get it cooked and served PERFECTLY to your liking.

Nicest piece of lamb fillet I’ve eaten in Malta. Highly recommend. Normal Malta average price per person of €50pp including starter, wine and water.

If you love meat, this is the place! Angus beef, veal or lamb cooked to perfection. Choose your favorite style or cut. Wine list with good selection of wine to match with the meat. Could have a bit more Maltese wines, but the selection )with priority of Italian wines, but also e.g. from France, Spain or Argentina) is divers. Lovely cheese platters. But the quality of the meat is absolutely mouthwatering.

We went here on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The waiter explained the pricing upfront. We chose a cheese platter followed by steak and salad. I am not a connoisseur of cheeses or cuts of steak however after following our waiters recommendation we couldn’t have had a better meal. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the service excellent. I would like to pass on my recommendation to you. Our waiter’s wine recommendation was spot on

4 of us ate there one evening and we were very impressed. Two had a 250gm steak between them and it was prefectly cooked. My ribs were ridiculous! A full rack with really meaty ribs, lovely honey based sauce and chips. It was too much to eat and so it formed the meal we had the following night at home! Servers were really friendly and attentive and prices were what is to be epected of s steakhouse - about €15-20 each with wine and drinks.
